Saigon Premier Container Terminal (SPCT) would like to announce to our Valued Customers/Partners the Operation Plan at SPCT during King Hung’s Commemoration Day 2026 and Reunification Day April 30 & Labor Day May 01 as follow:

1. Thời gian nghỉ Lễ _ Official holidays:

- Giỗ tổ Hùng Vương: 02 ngày – từ ngày 26/04/2026 đến hết ngày 27/04/2026.

Hung Kings’ Festival: 02 days – from April 26th 2026 to April 27th 2026.

- Ngày Thống nhất Đất nước và ngày Quốc tế Lao động: 02 ngày – từ ngày 30/04/2026 đến hết ngày 01/05/2026.

Reunification Day and International Labor Day: 02 days – from April 30th 2026 to  May 01st 2026.

2. Kế hoạch làm hàng _ Operation Plan:

- Trong thời gian nghỉ Lễ nêu trên, Cảng SPCT vẫn duy trì hoạt động khai thác như thường lệ bao gồm: tiếp nhận tàu, xếp dỡ hàng hóa xuất/nhập tàu, dịch vụ giao hàng container, hàng tổng hợp, RORO.

During the official holidays, SPCT will maintain operations including container, RO-RO, GC loading/discharging and RORO, BBK delivery services as usual.

- Bộ phận Thu ngân không làm việc trong thời gian nghỉ Lễ như trên.

Our Cashier will close during the Holidays as above.

- Nếu Quý khách hàng, Đối tác có kế hoạch nhận hàng hóa trong thời gian nghỉ Lễ, xin vui lòng thông báo cho SPCT trước ngày 23/04/2026. SPCT sẽ xem xét theo từng trường hợp và có phản hồi cụ thể để không làm ảnh hưởng đến kế hoạch của Quý khách hàng, Đối tác. Phí dịch vụ làm hàng trong ngày Lễ sẽ được áp dụng tăng 300% so với ngày thông thường.

If you have plans for delivery cargo during holidays, please kindly send notify us before April 23th  2026. SPCT will consider all requests and have feedback case by case so as not to affect your plan. Service charges on holidays will be applied 300% increased more than normal days.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE TRANSITION TO DIGITAL JOB SERVICE REQUEST (JSR SYSTEM)

Với mục tiêu nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ và hướng tới bảo vệ môi trường thông qua chiến dịch “Zero Paper” (Giảm thiểu giấy), SPCT xin trân trọng thông báo về việc thay đổi quy trình cấp phiếu dịch vụ. Thay vì sử dụng phiếu ghi tay như trước đây, chúng tôi sẽ chính thức áp dụng hệ thống Phiếu Yêu Cầu Dịch Vụ điện tử (JSR Ticket).

With the goal of enhancing service quality and moving towards environmental sustainability through our "Zero Paper" initiative, SPCT is pleased to announce a transition to our service ticketing process. Instead of traditional handwritten paper forms, we are officially implementing a Digital Ticket system for Job Service Request (JSR Ticket).

New Tariff with effective from April 01, 2026 | Tariff

Firstly, we would like to thank you for your valuable support to SPCT in the past years.

In 2025 we maintained our focus on improving the efficiency and the safety of operations in our terminal through higher level of standardization.

We will keep working with all stakeholders in 2026 to meet the growing operational requirements. We will keep investing in terminal facility and will be adding EV Charging stations to support the transition towards carbon neutrality.

After careful consideration of inflation incurred since the last rate review in 2021, investment requirements and other economic factors we shall revise the public tariff to apply from 1st April 2026 valid until further notice.

The rates are exclusive of VAT and follow current regulations.

1. Thời gian nghỉ lễ:

Official holidays:

- Tết Dương Lịch:                                 01 ngày – Thứ Năm, ngày 01/01/2026

Operation during holidays:

-  Trong thời gian nghỉ lễ, SPCT vẫn duy trì hoạt động khai thác xếp dỡ hàng hóa theo như kế hoạch khai thác đã tiếp nhận.

During the official holidays, SPCT will maintain operations including loading/discharging as usual according to the received operation plan.

- Theo như tập quán của khách hàng xe ô tô như những năm trước đây, SPCT sẽ không cung cấp dịch vụ giao hàng tại bãi qua cổng cảng trong thời gian nghỉ Tết Nguyên Đán từ ngày 14/02/2026 đến hết ngày 22/02/2026.

As per the common practice of automotive customers, through previous years, SPCT shall close the gate and not provide delivery service from February 12th, 2026 to end February 22nd, 2026.

- Nếu Quý khách hàng, Đối tác có kế hoạch nhận hàng hóa trong thời gian nghỉ Tết Dương Lịch và Tết Nguyên Đán, xin vui lòng thông báo cho SPCT trước ngày 24/12/2025 và trước ngày 07/02/2026. SPCT sẽ xem xét theo từng trường hợp và có phản hồi cụ thể để không làm ảnh hưởng đến kế hoạch của Quý khách hàng, Đối tác.  Phí dịch vụ làm hàng trong ngày Tết sẽ được áp dụng tăng 300% so với ngày thông thường.

Based on the demand expressed by our valued customers during the meeting on August 4, 2025, and from the feedback from transport companies, automotive customers and vehicle importers regarding the implementation of moving vehicles at the yard to pre-loading area onto trucks, with the aim of enhancing operational safety and productivity, SPCT would like to announce the following:

Moving vehicles at the yard to pre-loading area: VND50,000/car/time

Note:

  • Service fee above exclude VAT
  • The fee will be applied from October 01, 2025 until further notice.
